The Holy Trinity of Glory

Here’s what I’ve gleaned about the Trinity

For God So Loved He Gave His Only Begotten Son

Introduction: The Light of the world, The Light of creation, came in the form of both God and man. Jesus was in constant communication with His Heavenly Father and He was led by The Holy Spirit every second of His life as an example for us to follow. 

2. Jesus came so we could be redeemed and reinstated into right relationship with The Great, Eternal, GodHead of All Creation.

3. Every blessing that God, The Eternal Father, The Great God Almighty, has for us is given to us through His Eternal beloved Son unto whom all things have been given in and under heaven and through The Holy Spirit. 

4. Jesus was raised from the dead by The Holy Spirit and sits at His Eternal Father’s right hand in the seat of authority as Head over all things and the church. This is accomplished through The Eternal Power of The Holy Spirit, to the glory of God, who leads us and guides us into all truth.

5. We know from the beginning, the middle and the end of the Bible starting in: Genesis chapter one, John’s Gospel chapter one and Revelation chapter twenty-one The Eternal, Great, God of heaven, The Holy Spirit and His Son Jesus will reign eternally. 

The GodHead At Creation

Genesis 1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God separated the light from the darkness.

The Deity of Jesus Christ

John 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 [a]He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. 5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

The GodHead Reigns

Revelation 21: 22 I saw no temple in it, for the Lord, God the Almighty, and the Lamb are its temple. 23 And the city has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it, for The Glory of God has illumined it, and its lamp is the Lamb. 24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it.

6. God never leaves His Eternal Throne and His Eternal beloved Son Jesus will reign next to Him in His positions of Kingly and Priestly authority as both God and resurrected man.

I. The Question We Have To Ask: Why Are We Referring To The Trinity In Such A Manner?

A. Did you know there are many in the church world today who do not know there is a Holy Trinity?

B. Also, there are those who know there is a Holy Trinity and yet are trying to reduce The Eternal Godhead into one eternal person. They say The One True Living God is One God and therefore manifests into the specific person of the Trinity He wants to represent at any given time. This is called (Modalism). 

C. And then there are others who believe when Jesus ascended to heaven that all three eternal persons morphed into a singular person called Messiah, King of kings, this is the Jesus Only movement.

D. The Bible clearly states, even though the Christ is the ascended one true Eternal Son of God and fully God, The Eternal Godhead is not just one person nor will They ever morph into one person at anytime. The Trinity is clearly three unique eternal persons with one eternal purpose and glorious reign.

In reference to leaven in our video last series, “Leaven” is the thoughts that leads one’s heart and mind. Leaven comes from theological perspectives. Leaven can be good or bad. Modalism and Oneness are leaven and bad theological leaven at that.

B. Can you imagine, there are christians today who don’t even know there is a Holy Trinity. Any teaching that reduces The Trinity in any way reveals great concern the church is failing to preach to full truth, good leaven, the full council of God, the whole word of God.

C. Some in the body actually question: why does it matter if we just preach Jesus, we are saved by His work on the cross and He is King?

This is truth: 

1. Our Eternal, Great and Holy God sent Jesus His One True Son to shed His blood and die so we could be reinstated into His Holy presence. 

2. Our Holy Eternal God – The Great God Almighty – is an Eternal Holy all consuming fire and without holiness we cannot enter into His presence or into heaven. 

3. The blood of Jesus was applied to The Mercy Seat before the presence of God and mediates for us that the sacrifice for the remission of sin has been made. 

4. Without the Blood of Jesus we have no holiness and therefore cannot enter into heaven or God’s Holy Eternal presence.

5. The gift of salvation, through the blood and cross of Jesus Christ is God The Father’s incredible gift to us.

The Great God Almighty – is an Eternal Holy all consuming fire and without holiness we cannot enter into His presence or into heaven.
