When we become Born Again we really don’t know what to do. We say the prayer of salvation, feel exhilarated, clean and fresh, but, now what?

First things first, babies have to eat. We start by reading the Bible so we can learn about God.

Next, babies learn how to crawl moving inches at a time; newbies in Jesus learn the same way, one inch at a time.

Unstable at first, babies have to learn balance, it’s the same for new believers. In life we learn from our parents. In Christ, balance comes as we learn about Jesus; who Jesus is, and, what He did for us.

Remember, without Jesus and His righteousness we are nothing more than sinners heading to a certain judgement that does not include going heaven.

Does Anyone Want To “Go To Hell” ?

“If the elevator tries to take you down just go crazy”

Regardless of culture or religious or political forms “You must be born again!”

Jesus is the door, the only way to a right relationship with God and to heaven. It’s the way The One True Living God designed it to happen.

Colossians 1:13-14 For He (God The Father) rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Because Jesus lives, we can see tomorrow; we can be full of hope and live fearless as we walk in a right relationship to The Holy Trinity: God The Father, God The Son (Yashua) and God The Holy Spirit.

Birthing Matters, Crawling and …

At salvation (when we get saved) God rescues us, delivers us and forgives us. Like a new born baby that has a protective birthing matter all over it, in a way, so do we. Our birthing matter is the blood Jesus shed when He was beaten and crucified for the sins of the world. The shed blood of His sacrifice washes all of our sins away. However, only those who become Christians receive this blessing.

Colossians 1:21-22 And although we were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, and engaged in evil deeds, He, Jesus, has now reconciled us in His fleshly body through death, in order to present us before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach.

Did you know, Christianity is the only religion where a deity gave up His life so mankind could go to heaven?

Just As In Life, Newbies…

In life babies come into the world empty. They need to be loved, cleaned, fed, changed, taught and disciplined. There’s no difference for newbies in Christ. As sons and daughters we look to our Father in Heaven.

Romans 8:15 For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”

Just as a baby puts all of its trust into its parents, so must we. God provided a door to His Throne Of Grace so we could have a right relationship with Him; the door’s name is Jesus. In Jesus’ name we can go boldly into God, where we can shout out “Abba Father” (Dad) and fellowship with Him.

Picture This: 

Picture yourself as a little baby sitting on the floor before The Throne Of Grace. The Almighty God in His radiant glory is looking at you with love in His eyes and He beckons, waves, for you to come closer. What are you going to do?

What do babies do when their moms or dads look at them and say come here, come on, you can do it? The baby can choose to sit there or choose to crawl inch by inch forward. What happens when the baby inches forward and reaches its mom or dad?

Mom or Dad pick up the baby and shower the child with praise and love building its trust in their relationship. Does God, The Father, want to build up our trust and shower us with His love? He already has, His name is Jesus. Picture yourself on His knee. Want to hug Him and Love Him, go ahead, because He loved you first you can love Him back.

Do the parents still love the baby if it chooses to sit there on the floor? Absolutely! Do they keep trying to teach the baby to crawl, move forward and build trust? Absolutely. The baby has to learn and grow, so must we, and so must you in Christ.

Because we’re His children, God loves us and wants us to move forward in our trust for Him.

Now that we are saved through Christ, we are called to believe and have confidence (TRUST) that He (GOD) is the answer to every issue we face in our lives. And, it doesn’t matter what the issue is.

We can talk to God about everything.

Peace Fact: Jesus came to save us; He died for us on a cross. His sacrifice made it possible for every person on the earth to have a right relationship with their God their Creator. Invite Him into your life today.

God already knows what we have done; the good, the bad and the ugly and He still gave up His life to save us. When God The Father looks at those who received Jesus into their hearts as Lord and Savior– He sees Jesus’ righteousness and likeness forming in us. He wants us to learn, walk, talk and behave like Jesus. We need to build our relationship with God The Father, Jesus and The Holy Spirit. So step closer to God and believe what His word says: God is truth, holy, blameless and He Loves You!

When we have unbelief — we have no confidence in God that He will hear and answer our request…
