The Almighty God Of Glory and His Gift

HEART to Heart Episode One: Worshiping Almighty Father God The God Of All Creation through Jesus Christ His Son. 

“For God The Father so loved that He sent His perfect beloved Son”

In this brief HEART To Heart video I talk about a conversation I had with the Lord, the topic took me by surprise. For as long as I can remember worshiping God was worshiping the Godhead of glory The Holy Trinity. When it was placed upon my heart to tell The Lord’s people to worship The Holy Father and Holy Ghost my response was, am I hearing you right Lord? It never dawned on me that there could be such an issue, apparently there is.

It was placed into my spirit there are many in the church who do not know or have been taught to reverence Our Holy Father, The God of all creation God Almighty and the Holy Spirit. And, even though it’s completely acceptable to worship our beautiful Savior Jesus with love songs about Him, for when we do God is glorified, it also appears that many do not understand God The Father is still on His throne and worthy of all our praise?

To be honest I praise The Holy Trinity everyday. “Father God I rejoice in Your blessings, promises and faithfulness, You are a Perfect Holy God and in the name of Jesus I give you praise”. “Thank You Father, Thank You Jesus, Thank You Holy Spirit”. 

In the video I talk about reverence and how Jesus honored the Father and Holy Ghost and walked in constant prayer with His Father and in the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus was all about the glory of His Father and walking in obedience to His Father. Jesus is the direct reflection of His Father and who we are being transformed into, the image of His beloved Son, by the Holy Spirit. 

Something to ponder: I wonder if the Holy Spirit becomes grieved when we do not purposely reverence Almighty God The Holy Father?

So if Jesus walked in such a reverent manner shouldn’t we? After all God the Father sent us His perfect gift wrapped in His perfect Love. Shouldn’t we reverence, praise and worship Him? Yet in so many services there is no mention of Him.

Some might say because we do all things by the power of Jesus’s name and because every knee will bow and tongue confess that He is Lord is all that is really necessary to praise and worship each person of the Godhead because all things have been given over to Him? And then, there are some who actually believe that when Jesus ascended into heaven, once there, the Godhead morphed into one person, Jesus, which is not supported by scripture.

Years back I was talking to this guy who was giving me a praise testimony and I responded by saying praise God The Father, Son and Holy Ghost. He looked at me and said isn’t in Jesus’s name the same? I thought to myself isn’t each person of the Godhead worthy of praise? We’re not a Jesus only movement, last time I checked that was a heretical movement that died out because it’s not grounded in scripture. So where is there a model we can follow concerning this issue?

The greatest evidence we have that we should worship each person of the trinity is from Jesus Himself in scripture. His love and reverence for His Father and Holy Spirit is our model for praise and reverence unto obedience. So then shouldn’t we do the same as Jesus did in our worship services and how we do ministry? Now that I have had to focus on this message I can remember a handful of times when the worship team purposely focused on each person of The Trinity. 

There are so many beautiful songs about The Trinity, about God The Father, how did we lose our reverence for them in praise and worship? 

Again, Something to ponder: I wonder if the Holy Spirit becomes grieved when we do not purposely reverence Almighty God The Holy Father?

God never changes, Jesus never changes and His word never changes. His word is the answer for every situation we confront. His word is as profound today as it was when it was written. God is timeless. 

We who love God The Father, Son and Holy Spirit have to realize we must bless the hearer of the word with the whole council of the word of God. For in it is the faith that blesses the one hearing the word of God. The good seed of faith must find good soil to grow in. The heart and soul of every man is the soil that must be transformed to be strong in the things of God. Transformation comes by hearing and that through the word of God; not by the ideologies or social mediocrity of man. 

NO ONE HAS TO GO TO HELL!!

A Call Unto Salvation: If you do not know Jesus as your personal Lord and savior I would like to invite you to do so now.

Pray this simple but very profound pray with me.

Heavenly Father God and Lord Jesus, I want to get saved so I can go to heaven.

Please forgive my sins, come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.

Write my name in Your Book of Life. Please fill my heart and life with The Holy Spirit to guide me through Your word and empower me to live my life for you every day.

1) Tell someone – Jesus loves me and I’m going to heaven. This is called confessing your faith unto salvation.

3) Find an awesome church, like an Assemblies Of God worship center or a church that teaches the whole Bible.

4) When you find a church ask to be Baptized in water in the name of Jesus. This is an act of obedience to the word of God and outward expression of your inner faith.

Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, I pray for Your blessing to be upon every daughter and son who has given their life to Jesus by asking Him to be their personal Lord and Savior. Bless them Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit. Protect them from every evil. Allow their new faith to grow deep in rich wonderful soil watered daily by Holy Spirit and fed by Your Word. I pray they would become as “oaks of righteousness unto Your glory” through Jesus name I pray, Amen and Amen.
